From investment manager to the inner journey

In 2022 I moved out of my office in Cologne on the Rhine. What followed was a journey to the roots of inner stillness. From the silence of Vipassana meditation and the flowing power of QiGong to the deep wisdom of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.

With Breathful I build the bridge: I share with you the most effective tools from years of first-hand experience. No theory — lived practice. I want to support you in becoming more present, freer and simply happier.

Why the breath changes everything

Most of our problems don't exist in reality — they arise from the stories our mind creates. We often don't suffer from our circumstances, but from our interpretation of them.

The way out doesn't lead through more thinking — it leads back into the body. Conscious breathing brings your attention out of your head and into where life actually happens: into feeling, into the here and now. Your nervous system settles, and beneath the mental noise a calm becomes tangible that was there all along.

Your breath becomes your anchor in the present moment. You begin to feel yourself again instead of only thinking about yourself — you connect with who you are and get to know yourself better, layer by layer.
